LOOKING FOR LAB RESULTS?
Completed Lab Reports for Routine and Specialty Testing are sent directly to your Medical Provider. Please contact your Physician to review your lab results for specimens that were collected at our facility.
For Lab Reports related to Life Insurance Exams: Please contact the Client Services Department at the appropriate Reference Lab below and reference the Barcode# assigned to the Patient. (Only Physicians and Underwriters can call to obtain results from the Lab). Patients who would like to obtain a copy of their results can click on the link below to the Reference Lab used to process their specimen and retrieve their results online, if their Physician or Insurance Carrier is a participant in the Quick Access Program.
