It is our Mission to walk beside our neighbors and ensure that every Man, Woman and Child in our Community has access to the Quality Service and Compassionate Care that they deserve.
We are a 501(c)3 Nonprofit organization and believe in practicing Universal Transparency in Healthcare. With Express Care visits as low as $15.00, we use an adjusted fee schedule for uninsured patients and provide care regardless of their ability to pay. It is our goal to help empower our patients by ensuring that they are fully informed, which will enable them to Take Control of Their Health!
Affordable Healthcare Services: We are able to offer Wellness and Express Care services at a reduced cost. We can also accept Lab orders from any local Physician's office, Healthcare Provider, or outside medical facility so that patients can have their Lab work collected at our location in order to access discounted Lab pricing.
On average, most of our Uninsured Patients Save 90% on the out-of-pocket expense they would otherwise incur, if their services were performed at a local hospital or corporate owned Laboratory.
