Families in our community often face the impossible choice between routine medical care and other essential needs. High deductible health insurance plans can also be a barrier for some due to the out-of-pocket cost required before their coverage kicks in.

 

At Southside Wellness Clinic | By SENT Topeka we use an adjusted fee schedule based on household income and family size, and have tailored our payment options to cover every walk of life. This helps ensure that no one is ever turned away due to their inability to pay.  Our clinic was designed not only to address immediate healthcare needs, but to also serve as a bridge to help connect patients with other vital community resources such as food, housing, and utility assistance. Our Neighbor Advocacy & Case Management Team can help find long-term solutions for uninsured patients by helping them enroll in Medicaid, Health Access, or sign up for Aimee Telehealth which provides virtual Primary Care for only $5.00 a month. We also offer free Patient Empowerment & Advocacy Services, as well as discounted Chiropractic Services, Massage Therapy, Pediatric & Adult Neurofeedback Therapy, and Mental & Behavioral Health Counseling at our facility.
